The Windermere Referral Network (WRN) provides licensed Real Estate Agents in Arizona the opportunity to remain active in the Real Estate Business on a referral basis. By hanging your license with WRN, you can refer friends, co-workers, past, current or new acquaintances to other Windermere Agents (where available). Then when those referrals complete a Real Estate transaction with that agent, you get paid.

The Windermere Referral Network is an ADRE Licensed Brokerage. WRN Agents live and work throughout the State of Arizona, referring clients to local Windermere agents (where available).

WRN Agents

• Pay a low annual fee
• No monthly fees
• No transaction fees
• No Local, State or National Association fees.

Once a WRN Referral completes a transaction, a referral commission is paid to the WRN Agent.

WRN Agents are provided (at no additional cost)

• An email address (YourName@WindermereAZ.com)
• Web-based email reader
• A company blog (http://wrn.WindermereAZ.com)
• A suite of web-based “office” applications (word processor, spreadsheet, & presentation software)
• Access to Windermere Office Facilities throughout the State of Arizona
• Free Continuing Education (Prescott Office)
