To get started with the Windermere Referral Network (WRN), please follow the following steps;

1. You must first be a licensed agent in the State of Arizona. (active or inactive).
2. If you are currently working for Windermere Real Estate in the State of Arizona, or have been in the past, contact your most recent Windermere Broker or Manager. They will then go over the Windermere Referral Network Agent Agreement with you.
3. You also can download the agent agreement – just CLICK HERE.
   1. NOTE: This is a “FILLABLE PDF” . You can fill it out on screen, then print it and sign it. If you don’t have Adobe Acrobat on your computer, you can download it by clicking HERE.
4. Once the agreement is completed, fax it to (928) 541-4126 or email to wrn@WindermereAZ.com.  Be sure your email address is on the form.
5. Pay your WRN annual fee via the PayPal link on the RH side of the website.
6. Login to your account at the ADRE website, and Change Employer to this office number: LC633368000
7. Once you have done that, email us at wrn@WindermereAZ.com.
8. We will accept your transfer, and you are then ready to go!
